Stuffing box and cutless bearing

The stuffing box at the shaft with cutless bearing has had a small tricle of water this autumn. After an inspection it is clear that it must go through an overhaul. I tried to remove one of the nuts, with a remarkable result. The nut came loose fram the bolt and could run freely round it. The bolt corrosion on the bolt has completely wasted it. There is nothing left!
